Mr. Suresh, (his mobile number is 9743072929) came to me for work that he will do SS glass railings for a new construction house,
We both agreed on the rates and the next day he brought SS railing materials and main gate materials,
Based on that I have given money which may cost ₹45,000/- he worked 2 days for fabrication, and later he asked for other accessories and design in gate and glass.
Since he was working with me in favor of that I have paid him ₹40000/- in different dates,
After 25th June 2024, he was not come to contact, since his phone number is working
Later on 30th June, I went to register a complaint at Chandra layout police station, Bangalore.
Since it’s a money matter and I have no proof of agreement with the Party, the police rejected my appeal.
Hence I thought to seek a help from you

As far as legal remedies are concerned, first of all you have to adduce evidence that you have paid money to the vendor. Second what was the exact nature of work that was agreed to be completed by him (an agreement or a schedule of work signed by him). Then only you have a fair chance of making a complaint and bring him to justice
