I request you to keep Fine atleast 10 Lakh Rupees, Because this Killers come out on bail or by paying An Amount of 50₹ which was with our Previous Law Constiution , perhaps Brutal Animal Killings Should be punished and especially killing in name of God for Sacrifice Should also be Stopped

People are fearless and not hesitating to kill especially stray dogs as the old laws were weak. The new section looks hopeful. I request you to increase the fine and imprisonment both to the extent that , they don’t even think about injure a dog

There are so many cases where the people commit heinous crimes against these innocent animals and still rome free because of less fine. Requesting you to please mandate both fine and imprisonment. Also the fine should be hefty so no one should able to think to harm these animals as they are a part of our society and taking care of them is our responsibility.

Please increase the fine amount. Very stringent punishment to be given. Community Service should be included where these criminals will serve the animals. There should be no mercy. Govt officials who are in the departments of animal welfare should be punished if they fail to do their duty & conspire with politicians & celebrities to relocate or euthanize street dogs & other animals. Police officers, politicians, celebrities, no matter who, should receive harsh punishment. FIRs must be registered immediately without harassment to the caregiver or feeder of these animals when they approach the police to lodge a complaint under this section.

16 th May 2024 ( 10 yr old male vaccinated and neutered Companion dog has been hit on head making him suffer seizure whole night, lost his eye sight, legs bone has been dislocated in my society. This all happened after stray has won high court case. Police don’t take case since political party is involved) there by dog lost his friends, I am feeder had to leave my work and carry him to dr , pee poo and now pay for kennel till end. Kindly help me to get case registered.
This is not enough fine as a penalty. You must have stricter control measures for animal abuse of any kind(including sexual abuse). Kindly make the fine for harming/hurting/killing any innocent animal at least 5 LAC RUPEES.

कृपया करके भुक्तान राशि कम से कम 5 Lakh होना चाहिए , क्युकी ऐसे यह लोग मर देंगे फिर 50Rs देके Bail ले लेते है।
एक तो ठीक से कोई खाना नही देते इन्हे, जो देते है उनको भी , जान से मारने की धमकी देते है, कई जगहों में तो खाना देने वाले के उपर attack का वीडियो भी देखा है।
कृपया करके punishment strict होना जरूरी है।

This offense should be nonbailable jail term and penalty fine above 1 lakh. Because people are taking this very lightly, and giving no importance to stray. They are not even allowing the strays to sit and stay in the areas they are born, laws need to be stringent enough.
Why fine is not increased upto that much where they’ll not think to do something like this & why sexual abuse is not included in this? Aur jo log animals ki care karte he unhe bhi aise haiwan bohat torture karte he. What u changed for us & those poor souls? This is really not helping anyone as you changed nothing
